We have received CHA Bill ( Private Limited Co. - Clearing Forwarding Agent ) and he charge Local freight Charges 15000/- From port to Our Factory
In this above case, Who is the responsible for pay GTA.
CHA or We ?????

In my opinion, If you are paying the freight (i.e you are the service receiver) and you're located in Taxable territory and you are a private company, you are liable to pay Service tax under full reverse charge.
