gta and RCM
if GTA collect 5percent tax then whether registered dealer has to pay under RCM and claim credit

No, But if I am right GTA has to charge 12% ,. 5%Is applicable if we charge through RCM
please clear if GTA collect 5 % GST then no need pay again under RCM ? & if I pay GTA to Tax can I claim 5% paid Tax as ITC ?
The GTA charge 5% GST after you ll be tax under RCM. Can't get ITC for the RCM related tax paid.....
