when gstr4 return filing start ?

You can write to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in .
gstr4 qutr 3 start by off line utility from yesterday
but period not change in offline mode.
new download gstr4 utility from portal
download new offline utility for gstr 4 ...
download but no change in period
version 1.1 .... check your version pls
