I am registered dealer under gst act. I have purchase services of Rs.3800/- from urd before 13/10/17
please tell where I can show this amount under gstr3b.
after 13 Oct purchase done from urd it will be show in gstr3b.
please tell me penalty for delay filling gstr3b of return for the month of oct also rate of interest for delay payment.

unreg. purchase till 12th october is exempt from gst so no need to show in first table of 3b. But show under the exempt nil rated table.
As on now no need to show anywhere in 3B after 13th October as it is removed till March.
