GSTR3B OFFSET LIABILTY

I am entering the correct amount in the columns but when i try to offset liability,

It shows this msg " Offset the CGST tax Liability before cross utilization of IGST credit against SGST Tax liability."

WHAT TO DO??

u should utilise the igst against cgst then sgst

I am doing that only. Entering data in the required fields until it shows ₹0.

At times the system shows "No tax Liability".
