While filling GSTR3B for the m/o Nov and Dec-2017 by mistake we have given incorrect figures of Inward supply , please suggest if we can change the inward supply figures

No you can't change in that months. The difference show in the next month.
No way for changes or corrections or Edit. Once filed then we can't make changes...
But,
You can add or less the values in next GSTR 3B...
But,
You can add or less the values in next GSTR 3B...
Agree with above said
there is no option to correction after file 3B
but you can less and add you balance figures in the next return
