I am going to file annual return for the fy 2018-19, there is a mistake in gstr3b filed for the month of march'19.
1 purchase made in march 2019 is shown in gstr3b of april19.
can I file annual return with correct(actual) figures?

No, as such u will have to report the ITC figures as per your claim made in 3B.
ITC of 18-19 claimed in 19-20 will have to be reported separately in Table - 8C & 13 of GSTR 9

Agree with CA Sachin,
Report the ITC claimed in April 19 , under table 8C & under table 13 of GSTr 9
Do not amend table 6 .
