If I have inward supplies within state cgst and sgst but outward supplies outside state igst

Does I have to pay the igst in cash or it will be adjusted from cgst and sgst

CGST and SGST credit shall be first utilized for payment of CGST and SGST. Thereafter, the remaining credit shall be utilized to pay IGST liability.

The main restriction is that the CGST credit cannot be utilized for payment of SGST or UTGST and vice versa.

yes , you can adjust your input with outward IGST.

You will feed Your details in GSTR 3B return. It's automatically utilize Your Tax Liability...
