I have claimed wrong input credit and set off with output liability what can i do now?

You can reverse that in 3B.

In GSTR 3B You can reverse the wrongly enter the amount in the Column of
4 - (B) - (2)

Sir once Set Off is done we can't reset the 3B

Yes you r right ✔️. filed returns can't be resetd.
