i have two company . we all ways transfer our material to our other company but that company is in Ap and one is Hyderabad . i filled gstr3b than wht should i do .

GST is charged on branch transfer as well. So your company will have to pay GST on transfers made to both the branches and show it under Outward supply in GSTR-3B.

You have to pay tax on such supply also
