Case 1 : If you have only submitted GSTR-3B and not filed the return,
Then you can click the "Reset GSTR 3B" and all the entries posted in Electronic Liability and Credit Ledger is reversed. Note : Once you have submitted , the value of Outward supplies is locked and change can be made only through GSTR-1.
Case : 2 If you have submitted and filed GSTR - 3B using DSC/EVC Option
Then you cannot revised the GSTR 3B. The corrections can be made through the GSTR 1/2/3 returns of that month.

I think the only way is to correct by filing GSTR 1/2/3 of the respective months Since GSTR-3B is just a provisional return.
