I have submitted my GSTR 3B without reversing ITC of July 17. But the ITC appears in the credit ledger. Suggest please.

Have you paid tbe taxes? without payments ITC cannot be applied.

Thank you for your reply. I have not yet generated my challan. Shall I generate one after deducting the ITC or shall I avail the ITC next month.

I read somewhere that any correction in submitted 3B can be made through GSTR 1 and 2 only. Am I correct?

When u pay through bank , it will ask u to check balance and set off liability - finally it will adjust

Yes. You are correct. You can correct it in GSTR 1 and 2.
But, You have any liabilities then you can pay that... If not don't worry....

yes no correction possible.after submission of return you can pay taxes only after offsetting liability (remember applying of ITC requires payment of taxes in cash also if any).once you offset your liability with cash and credit ledger then you will be able to file return.

you can generate challan and complete your payment of tax( liability will be offset only if you pay ITC and cash together, not possible to reverse ITC only and not pay tax).once this is done then file return.
