Late fee has been waived for Aug17 and Sept17. Is the system updated?
Already submitted application shows late fee liability. Do we have to wait or submit and then get refund?

We have to pay it. We get the refund in next month
you don't want to pay late fees..you should have to wait for site updation and then file 3b return
no brother you have to pay . But you will get refund

Next get it as refund...
If Late fee charged then , it will be credited back to TAX-Payer account in electronic cash ledger .please confirm

Yes... As per notification you are Correct...
But, No one confirmed about receiving from GST to his Cash ledger... Wait on further availability...
