I want to know that if somebody has not filled GSTR-3B from July 2017 so what are the provisions applicable on it.

Late fee is applicable for GSTR 3B Return Of filing after the due date.
* Nil Return then Rs 20/day (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10) applicable.
* Other than Nil return Is 50/day (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25) (Maximum charged Rs 10000 for every month (CGST Rs 5k & SGST Rs 5k)
Late Fee is not applicable from July 17 to September-17 GSTR 3B return.

Late fee is applicable as told by Raja sir.
The gst portal will automatically calculate late fees while submitting returns.
