it's compulsory to check for the annual return if all figures of itc gstr1 and gstr3b are matched.

In the annual return we just consider inputs as our books ...if mistakes happens we have to correct in 9c ...so there will be no compulsion for 2A reconciliation in gstr 9 annual return .. ..but for 9C we have to reconcile....it's mandatory.....

Yes, GST return & Booka data should matched. If any difference that should be correct in annual report

It's very simple...
If no more mismatches then simply file the return...
Note :
For FY 17-18 and 18-19 the annual return GSTR 9 is optional for the turn over less than 2cr taxpayers...
