In GSTR2 do we need breakup all Input credit received by HSN Codewise of good purchased and give?

Yes, it requires hsn-wise summary of all your purchases.
Portal can accept GSTR2 without summary. So, GSTR2 can be filed without filling said summary subject to future consequences not yet cleared.
