I have not filed GSTR 2 for July 2017 till date, is it compulsory to file or not?
if the said return file now, how much penalty for the same?
kindly suggest me?
the gstr 2 return to be filed as nil for July 2017.

no need or not available Upto March 2018... If it's available after March then you can file the GSTR 2 return...

As per my view CBEC ll allow / will be available from April onwards... So, wait on further availability for how to handle the matter...
