we downloaded excel utility file from portal and entered all RCM invoices, but unable to upload as the file is xls. How we can we convert this excel utility file into a json file, so that portal accpt the GSTR2

First of you ll upload the xls file in "Offline Tool" after generate "Json File" from Offline Tool...
