If I opt for quarterly return in GSTR1 return filing then while uploading invoice for April to June that is for June month return of GSTR1, whether I have to upload all the invoices from 1st April to 30th June 2018 please guide me. earliest reply would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Yes. Details of all the invoices issues from April to June.
you need not upload all scanned invoices but you have to fill All outward supply invoice details(April to June) such as invoice number,GSTN number,invoice date and Invoice amount etc..
