If a tax payer in qrmp scheme does not upload bills in iff, which is not mandatory, how will recipient filing monthly 3b get ITC credit?

The purpose of IFF is to facilitate the receipient to take ITC On first 2 months of the quarter.So,it is mandatory to file IFF for first 2 months of quarter...

Therefore IFF is provided, otherwise no input credit available to dealers

You may get issues from the receipient and they may hold/delay payments for your invoice in the future.
