provision of late fee is there in CGst Act 2017
on late filling of outward or inward supply .
sub-section 1 of Section 47 of CGST Act 2017.
Actul 200 every day or maximum of 5000.
but reduced by govt vide notification no 4/2018 central tax
as 20 for nill returns and 50 for outward supplies each day.
