if I file my march gstr1 retunr in Oct 2020 so my vender can't take credit of my invoice ???

He need to reverse ITC and pay interest amount

But I already paid tax on thos invoice and vendor demand me tax amt so I have to pay to vender also ?? or there are any other way. why I pay double tax for same invoice ??
