when the portal will open to file gstr1 for July ?

Bcoz, We think it's available from 1st Nov also CBEC twitter replied the same...
But, Now the situation (GSTR 2 & 3 dates extended) I don't know exactly...
So, You ll try on 1st Nov...
@ RAJA PM atleast the govt should open the window for GSTR1 otherwise ppl will have to wait for a month.
