my supplier has filed gstr1 for September 17 to March 18 but not filed any 3 b monthly.
my invoices matched with gstr2a.
not filing of 3b by supplier will affect my liability????

In my view, the liability is in hands of supplier.
Because they have collected gst on outwards supplies and not remitted the same to the government by filing 3B returns.
