I'm filing GSTR1 monthly. As per govt notification GSTR 3B may date is 12th Sept but GSTR 1 date is 28/7.
So without filing & pay May month GST amount, can May month GSTR1 can be filed?

Yes. you can file gstr 1 prior to 3b. Compute your gst liability. Fill figures accordingly and file the return gstr1.
