Is there any late fees for the quarter Oct -Dec GSTR 1 ....if submitted and filled after 31 Jan... (if my turnover is up-to 1.5 cr)

there is no penalty on late filing on GSTR_1

Late fee for GSTR 1 is applicable but currently it is not imposed on gst portal.
