Gst payable on Services supplied by a recovery agent to banking company is under RCM as per the notification 13/2017 dt 28/6/2017 . So as recipient of service Bank will pay GST under RCM and if you register under GST you have file nil return both GSTR 1 and GSTR3B
Please confirm with others also.
