Mr Ramesh Babu.,

The Due date of 31st October 2018 is applicable for GSTR 1 return from July-17 to September-18...

From October-18 the due date is 10th of the next month for the Monthly return (may be Dept issue any clarification).

GSTR 1 filing last date is 31.10.2018 for the period from July'18 to September'18 for persons who have opted quarterly filing of GSTR 1 return
