As per the norms, if your turnover exceeds Rs.1.5 crores, you are required to file GSTR1 monthly. Only people whose turnover is upto Rs.1.5 crores can opt for quarterly returns. You, sir, have to file GSTR1 monthly. You can't opt for quarterly filing. Hope it helps :)
