As per the CGST and SGST Act the date of liability is 1.7.2017. But suppose any taxpayer's effective date of registration is 31.7.17 then in GSTR 1 and GSTR 2 Form any sale and purchase invoice dated prior to 31.7.2017 could not be entered in these forms respectively. Resolve the Situation
