I couldn't file due to problem in gst portal so tomorrow will file the return Payment already made.
Kindly suggest any penalty will applicable for same?

GSTR3B NOT FILED. KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE WHETHER PENALTY WILL APPLICABLE OR NOT?

Yes late fee will applicable and if GST cash and credit account is not debited by system, then may be you have to pay interest, though you have made payment
