GSTR 9C Ensigner not opening

Dear Sir,

While Saving Json File Of GSTR 9C (Reconcillation Statement) Emsigner Does Not Open And I Am Not Able To Affix DSC Has Any Body Faced Such Problem.

I already configured my system as per manual given for Emsigner and 9C on portal.

Can any suggest what setting required other than those mentioned on portal to resolve the issue.
