GSTR 9A Annual return for composition Taxpayer

While filling the annual return of composition dealer - GSTR 9A, the button "Proceed To File" is not enabled. Unable to file the annual return. After clicking "Compute Liability" Table 17 box also not highlighting.

Please advice.
