GSTR 9 wrongly filed with auto populated itc negative figure. what can we do to rectify.?

No, currently there is no option to rectify / revise the GSTR 9 once duly filed by assessee.
GSTR -9 once filed cannot be "REVISED"...
The only way out file GSTR-9C to rectify any mistake done GSTR 9
