gstr 9 tally

we are monthly GST return submitter. In every month we are having some value round off difference in gstr 1 gstr 3b. merely rs.150/- in annual total. (bec. we use offline tool for sales upload). how we could tally the difference in gstr 9 annual return and where we have add the difference in gstr 9.
