Any liability of previous fy 17-18 shown in fy 18-19 3B.. where we need to show this in annual return.

You can put actual liability. It's reflecting automatically after its set off...

Yes , output , input is to be provided as per books it will compute accordingly.

But...if Change in annual return then it will my liability... but i have already paid that liability through cash or itc while filing?

Difference between GSTR-1 and GSTR 3B then its reflect in GSTR 9. If it's liability then You must pay through Cash payment. Bcoz, We can't adjust previous liability to Current month ITC...

In case You already paid the liability then we can set off or adjust the after filing GSTR 9 through payment which is already paid by you...
