GSTR 9 filing

sir in 2017-18 turnover below 2 crores . in 2018-19 above 2 crores. is it mandatory to file gstr9 for 2017-18 for filing 2018-19.

No it is not mandatory to file gstr 9 for year 17-18 in ur case .

No in term of Notification 47/2019 CT , turnover below 2 crore not required to furnish annual return .

Yes if there is any variation in 3b, GSTR 1 with books filed for the year , you must file Annual the return

GSTR 9 is an annual return that is to be provided annually completed by the assessee below GST. CA portal is enabled to give all the information about gstr 9 due dates for FY 2020-21 and the prolonged gstr 9 extension news notification for the usual assessment form.https://bit.ly/3vsmFs2
