I don't think so...

Already the Government has extended the due date of filing Annual Return by 8 months. Initially, the due date was 31.12.2018, which further got extended to 31.06.2019 and then to 31.08.2019.

but sir
joh mismatch update nhi hue hai uske liye kya karna hoga.
example : kisi clint ka itc excess aah rha hai mismatch update nhi hua. agar main usse accept nhi krta or mismatch ka amount main decline krta hu or baad main woh mismatch update ho jata hai . kya department humari dmand issue kr dega.......,..

Annual Return in the FORM GSTR-9 / FORM GSTR-9A and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report in FORM GSTR-9C for the financial year 2017-18 has been extended from 31st August, 2019 to 30th NOVEMBER, 2019.

REMOVAL OF DIFFICULTY ORDER No. 07/2019-CT dated 26.08.2019, issued by the CBIC Department.

Hence, the latest Due Date to file ANNUAL RETURN ( GSTR-9 and GSTR-9A ) and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report ( GSTR-9C ) is 30.11.2019.
