The Inputs related to credit note issued by supplier is shown in 4(B) ITC Reversed Others in GSTR 3B.
Now how to show this ITC reversal in GSTR 9
Report in Table no 7(H) Other Reversal column- mention as credit note ITC.
After that it will show Net ITC for utilization which you can compare with your yearly GSTR-3B.
