My client Turnover FY 2017-18 Rs.96 Lakhs (Sale 87L + GST 9L).

 

Please Tell me GSTR 9 is mandatory

Hi,

There is no need to file a GSTR9 return (optional). Because last GST meeting decision was taken for 2 Cr and above only to file Annual Return with a Tax audit.

Taxpayer's with up to ₹2 crore need not to file.GSTR9 compulsory.
