GSTR 9 ANNUAL RETURN

Hello, My query is regarding Turnover should be shown in the GSTR 9 . If person having taxable supply for which he got registered under gst. and he also doing Exempt supply which was not mentioned in business detail during registration. Should he mention this Turnover in GSTR 9 as Exempt supply. Please suggest Thank you.
