Yes... If Taxpayer is Company and Which is mandatory requirements of DSC cases...

Where is GTR9 in portal? I never found till date.anyone tell me or give me some details about it.

Using DSCs to sign and file returns in the GST Common Portal is mandatory for companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs), and optional for other taxpayers.
