Gstr - 7 tds wrongly accepted and submitted

I am doing Government contract Departmnent deducted 2% tds and i accepted the amount and the amount comes in cash Ledger of GSTR 3B but now only i know that the amount is not form my work and i accepted the amount wrongly and claimed is anyway to reverse the amount. I have not utilise the amount till date
