gstr 4 purchase from urd

Sir
Supply building material under composition scheme and purchased from registered dealers and urd also.
Shows urd purchase(5%) but keep 0% rate just paid tax on sale turnover no tax paid while purchased
Please advise

Yes... You exactly correct. You only pay Tax on outward supplies. No need to pay tax on purchase from URD...

As per Notification 22/2018 CT (r) , inward supply from URD is deferred to 30/09/19, such inward supply is treated as Exempted purchases. so show that purchase at 0% rate.
RCM not applicable.

RCM not applicable. But, It's not exempted supplies.

If not exempted than which coloum show urd inward. Other all coloums are taxable

What I mean., Logically The said goods are not Exempted. That's all.

yes, Raja sir agree with your view ..
here goods are taxable. As RCM is not applicable, we are treating and showing 0% GST rate.
