how to show Exampet sale in gstr 4 cuz there is no option

yes there is no option for exempted sale & purchase
u can show in 4a by keeping rate to zero, but not advisable do so

Yes to calculate turnover ,exempted will be included

Not included. If you add in turnover, tax liability arises
