Is every composition taxpayer compulsory to file gstr-4?
Even though the composition scheme has been opted since 17-18?
Yes, it is mandatory for every composition taxpayer to file GSTR 4 Annual return.
There has been no exemption and hence you will have to file GSTR-4 for FY 19-20.
As of now last date to file GSTR-4 is 31st August, 2020 for FY 19-20.
