Is compulsaroy to fill tax free purchase and purchase from composition tax payer in gstr 4

I think no such provision in GSTR 4 of ( Tax free purchase) Nil rated , exempted supply ,and purchase from composition Delar to show. please confirm with help desk number of GSTN , on GSTN portal or CBIC help desk .
