Puechase detail mandatory or not in GSTR 4 DEC - 18. please help me.

It's not required its up.to.you.Because in.composition scheme.you do not get itc credit benefit .So its up to you

Purchase with Reverse charge and unregistered purchase are compulsory required to be shown in gstr 4.
B2B purchase is not compulsory and no need to be shown in gstr4.  

As per Notification 60/2018 CT : No need to provide Purchase details
