is it mandatory to give purchase details in gstr 4 of this quarter...??

No..... As per Notification 60/2018 CT : No need to provide Purchase details

Purchase with Reverse charge and unregistered purchase are compulsory required to be shown in gstr 4.
B2B purchase is not compulsory and no need to be shown in gstr4.

no it is not required to give.

log in portal go to gstr 4... you will have some 10 points before filing.pls read them.you will get the answer.

if composition dealer purchase from un registered dealer rcm applicable or not

As per Notification 22/2018 CT (r) , inward supply from URD is deferred to 30/09/19.

such inward supply is treated as Exempted purchases. 

RCM not applicable.
