is composition taxpayer can pay tax with in short period of 18 days? 18 days is sufficient for filling gstr4 return?.why they didn't give 30 days for gstr 4?
Thank you sir for answer ..so many software errors 5 days bank holidays in between .some times nil return also cannot be filed. today they show 50rs late fees .no body maintain separate accountant.! banks they didn't take cash on counter payments .
if bank holidays is there, atleast GST department must give relaxation for late fee till the next date . but it is impossible to do so. I also made payment on 17 Oct but could not file. yesterday 18 Oct was Bandh in kerala. due to this I have file it today. today the portal showing late fee Rs50.
